Liability & Limitations

Scope of Responsibility

Damage Policy: In the rare event of damage to property during a cleaning session, ShineBrightCleaning maintains a comprehensive insurance policy. Incidents must be reported within 24 hours of service completion to initiate a claim.

Service Guarantees: Our "100% Satisfaction" promise means we will return to address specific concerns if notified within 48 hours. This does not cover general wear-and-tear or pre-existing damage.

Valuables: We recommend securing cash, jewelry, and personal documents. ShineBrightCleaning is not liable for missing items not reported prior to service.

What You Agree To

  • Tick Access to the property will be granted at the scheduled time.
  • Tick Water and electricity will be available on-site.
  • Tick Hazardous materials are disclosed prior to cleaning.
  • Tick Parking fees or building access charges are covered by the client.

Payments & Privacy

Transparency in how we handle your financial data and personal information is non-negotiable.

Payment Terms

For residential services, payment is due upon completion of the cleaning session. We accept cash, major credit cards, and bank transfers. For commercial contracts, invoices are issued monthly with a 15-day payment window.

Late Payments A 2% monthly interest may apply on overdue commercial accounts.

Data Collection

We collect minimal data necessary to provide services: Name, Contact Information, and Property Details. We do not store payment information on our servers.

Cancellations

We require 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may incur a 50% service fee to compensate our teams for reserved time slots.
