Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

It's entirely up to you. Many of our clients in high-rise condos provide a key or access code for a contactless service. We send photo verification upon arrival and completion. If you prefer to be there, we are happy to coordinate around your schedule.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel without a fee. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment time incur a 50% fee to compensate the cleaning team.

How do you handle damages?

ShineBrightCleaning is fully insured. While damages are extremely rare due to our training protocols, any incidents are photographed and reported immediately. We handle repairs or replacement costs through our insurance provider.

Can you handle post-construction debris?

Yes, but this requires our "Restoration" package. Standard cleaning does not include heavy debris removal or hazardous material disposal. For post-reno jobs, we perform a dust extraction first, followed by a deep sanitation of all surfaces.
